Lis Wiehl was born on August 19, 1962 and was previously a Fox News legal analyst.
She was previously an associate professor of law at The University of Washington Law School. In addition, she has made legal commentaries for Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor as well as National Public Radio. She has been a frequent guest of The O'Reilly Factor as well Lou Dobbs Today The Kelly File With Megyn Kelly and Neil Cavuto and The Kelly File.
Wiehl is a Yakima resident who graduated from West Valley High School. She has a degree from Barnard College (1983), an MA in Arts in Literary Studies at the University of Queensland (1985) in addition to an Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) from Harvard Law School (1997).
Wiehl was a prosecutor in the past of The US Attorney. She was a legal correspondent on the NPR program All Things Considered. She served as the principal investigating counsel to the Democrats from the House Judiciary Committee, during Clinton's impeachment. Between 1995 and 2001, she was a tenured professor of the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, where she ran the Trial Advocacy Program.
