Annmarie Fairweather has been the Human Resources Chief at Learning Ally since 2008. She is responsible for all of our processes that deal with people, management of people and Talent Management as well as Cultural Development. Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years working as a Human Resources leader. She was involved in all industries, and worked with groups of managers to reach the business objectives, especially during times of rapid development and change. Annmarie has been an expert in the field of thought, helping translate business and people strategies into enterprise-wide goals and plans for strategic planning through the management of performance and organizational processes, employee engagement, and managing change. She loves learning and sees the growth of leaders and teams as the biggest competitive advantage. With her broad experience of working with Fortune 500 as well as mid-sized and small companies in the development and coaching of managers, and achieving results, she helped foster organizations that embrace learning innovation and change. Annmarie was driven to volunteer her skills and resources to further support Learning Ally's mission. In her spare time she provides assistance for a variety of non-profit organisations. Annmarie is part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee, a group dedicated to help women develop as leaders. Additionally, she provides education to members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America. The Hospitality Healthcare Network is a professional association that has a mission of providing the opportunity for networking and advocacy to hotels that offer healthcare services.
