April Michelle Bowlby was born in New York City. Her most well-known role is for her portrayals as Stacy Barrett and Kandi on Two and a Half Men as well as Drop Dead Diva, a legal comedy/fantasy drama/comedy series. Modeling was her first career before she moved into films and TV shows. In the role of an extra, she made her small-screen debut in the show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. For Two and a Half Men, Bowlby was cast as Kandi. Bowlby has received worldwide acclaim for her role as Stacy Barrett, in the popular television series Drop Dead Diva.
