Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She started competing in fitness contests when she was 16, after quitting gymnastics in her youth. She won her Pro Card just one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model as well as a sponsored athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness competitions as a teenager. She was awarded her Pro Card within a year and was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from the stage after earning her Professional Card in order to finish her studies at college. In 2015 she re-entered the stage, and took part in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after the initial event for a number of years, aiming for bigger and better goals every year. She had already achieved four more fitness championships. In 2009 she won her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was also the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken six years off from competition when she earned her pro-card to finish her college education. She made a comeback in the month of October, 2015 when she made her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. She finished 3rd at the show. In June of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she was on stage at the Olympia and took 6th in The Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations prior to the event and was happy with her performance. Considering she was battling against top athletes. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing improvements to her body each year. Ariel is known to be focused upon her lower back. It is a combination of lat pull-downs, bent rows using a single arm using a pull-up machine, as well as seated rows. She usually warms up first and then proceeds on to the sets for working. Ariel also Ariel likes to use her time the best way possible. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings to all her back exercises. This involves three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
